1. Do you offer any refunds?

No we do not offer any refunds. This is stated in Terms & Conditions.

2. Can Hair By Divine Hair be colored?

Yes this hair can be colored and bleached. Please consult with a licensed professional before adding any coloring to your extensions.

3. Can Hair By Divine Hair be Flat Ironed?

Yes our hair can be flat ironed.

4. Do we Ship Internationally

As of right now, no but we plan to offer international shipping in the future.  

5. How long does shipping take?

You will normally receive your package  3-5 business days from the day you place your order. We will soon offer express shipping and overnight shipping.

6. How long does the hair last?

Brazilian last up to 1 year if taken care of properly and our Virgin Indian last up to 2-3 years if taken care of properly.

7. How many bundles make a full head?

It takes at least 3 bundles. For a fuller look, we suggest 4 bundles. 

8. Are all your extensions 100% virgin hair?

Yes. All our extensions are handpicked 100% Virgin Hair
